Bio
Born and raised in The County, Mrs. Bowker has been at MSSM since its inception. She was a member of the committee that developed MSSM and was one of MSSM's first English instructors. She has taught English composition, literature, and theatre at MSSM and was the director of MSSM Studio 201 Children's Theatre troupe.
Mrs. Bowker holds a BS in English-Speech-Theatre, an MA in Theatre, and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership, all from the University of Maine system. Beginning her teaching career as a private tutor for a young girl with scoliosis, Mrs. Bowker has 26 years of experience in education.
Reading , knitting, scrap booking, and sailing occupy Mrs. Bowker's free time. She lives in Fort Fairfield with her husband, Ted, her daughter, Gabrielle, and their miniature schnauzer, Ophelia.
