Bio
The mother of two MSSM alumni, Mrs. O'Keefe plays many roles at MSSM. In addition to college counseling and academic support, Mrs. O'Keefe operates the Learning Center and swimming pool. She is an American Red Cross Water Safety, Lifeguard Training, and CPR/AED instructor.
Mrs. O'Keefe holds a BS in Family Relations and Child Development from Oklahoma State and has completed graduate work at several colleges and universities throughout the country. She is a certified language arts, home economics, and special education teacher, and has taught at public and private elementary and high schools and colleges. Mrs. O'Keefe is a member of the Maine Principals' Association, and both the New England and National Associations for College Admission Counseling.
Mrs. O'Keefe's pastimes include watching figure skating, reading, antiquing, doing textile arts and crafts, and any water related activities. She also travels extensively and enjoys visiting colleges along the way.
