Lunar New Year 26

MSSM marked Lunar New Year with a community meal that brought students together around good food and shared culture, even if the celebration landed a week after the holiday. Students spent Sunday morning cooking and setting up, then opened the meal to everyone around 2:30 p.m. The spread featured pho, pot stickers, noodles, and more, with plenty of options to try and talk about. There were plenty of chopsticks to test their skills, but some opted for forks. 

Events like this work because students show up and do the work. Thank you to Student Senate and Ms. Jeskey for funding the event. Thank you as well to every student who donated money, time, and effort to cook, organize, and serve.
