Nordic State Championships

What an amazing accomplishment by our Nordic skiers! In February, on the 22nd and 23rd, they participated in the 2023 Class A, B & C Nordic State Championships at the Fort Kent Outdoor Center. It was an exhilarating two days of competition and our teams truly shone.

Our very own Peter Butera on the boys' team displayed his impressive skills and determination, placing an outstanding 9th in team scores for Class C. And not to be outdone, the girls' team also showcased their talent with Quinn Daly and Mia Shaw placing an impressive 10th in team scores.

It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team that they were able to achieve such great results. They put in countless hours of training and preparation leading up to the championships, and it certainly paid off. The team's positive attitude, teamwork, and perseverance were on full display, and they should be immensely proud of what they accomplished.

Congratulations to our Nordic skiers on a job well done! We cannot wait to see what they will achieve in the future as they continue to strive for greatness.
