What My Family Will Pay?

Tuition is waived for eligible Maine residents. Out-of-state students are responsible for the applicable tuition.

Yes. Maine families are responsible for room and board, as well as other personal or incidental expenses. 

Financial aid is available for eligible families. Families must complete the separate Financial Aid application by the priority deadline. 

No. Completing the application allows MSSM to review the family’s financial circumstances. Awards depend on eligibility and available resources. 

Yes. MSSM offers one payment, two payments, and ten monthly payment options. Families may select the option that best fits their needs during the enrollment process. Questions about payment schedules should be directed to the Business Office at businessoffice@mssm.org 

Late applications may be considered only if resources remain. Families should contact the Admissions Office as soon as possible. 

Confirm this with your annual policy. Your existing materials indicate that returning families must submit a new application or renewal information each year.
