Welcome to the Maine School of Science and Mathematics! We encourage you to spend some time digging into our website. We are thrilled to share with you our unique and fascinating story of Maine's first residential magnet school that began in 1995. We offer advanced curriculum in mathematics, science, technology, engineering and the humanities for the motivated and capable student.
Our faculty, students and staff have worked together to create a community of passionate and inspired individuals who enjoy learning and growing together. We offer you, the curious, those who hunger to learn not only why, but why not, a canvas upon which you paint your own high school foundation.
The skies are big, blue and bright here in Limestone, Maine. Our location enhances the belief life is a journey, and may your first steps taken in this regard lead you to one of our open houses.
