Summer Stem Experience Update

Summer 2026 Pause

MSSM will pause our summer camp for the summer of 2026 as we complete some exciting campus infrastructure projects, thanks to a recent special appropriation allocated to MSSM by the Maine State Legislature for the 2026-27 school year! Even more importantly, MSSM is planning to use this pause to refresh our Summer STEM experience. Our goal is to design an academically grounded summer experience that best reflects the School's mission and to expose middle school students to engaging STEM experiences that ignite their excitement about learning and introduce them to the exciting world of STEM and the opportunities in those fields here in Maine.

Please watch for updates as we move toward delivering the strongest summer academic STEM experience for middle school students in New England and one of the best in the country!
